As part of purchasing a Sonhaus home, we provide access to an experienced team of Sonhaus professionals who will guide you from the point of initial contact through the purchase of your Sonhaus Home and onwards throughout your ownership.

The team will also source or provide you with financing to acquire your home.  Sonhaus is there at every step, ensuring that the experience is easy and efficient.

OWN LUXURY

Sonhaus enables owners to own luxury second-homes for a fraction of the up-front cost. Sonhaus ownership is an investment not only in a beautiful home, but also in your lifestyle, health and wellness. Each prospective Sonhaus Owner will undergo a rigorous vetting process in order to ensure all owners are responsible stewards of the property

Ownership is via a limited liability company set up by Sonhaus for each home. Each Sonhaus Owner is responsible for their pro-rata share of the annual costs of ownership.

HOW IT WORKS

Each Sonhaus home has up to eight co-owners. Each owner will have undergone a stringent application process to ensure that we maintain the highest quality base of owners. Ownership is via a limited liability company set up by Sonhaus for each home and completely ring-fenced.

The regulation of ownership of a Sonhaus property (the “Sonhaus Ownership”) is encapsulated within 3 key documents:

  1. The Sonhaus Operating Agreement: Covers the management of and Owners interactions with the Entity
  2. The Sonhaus Management Agreement: Covers both the management of the Sonhaus Program as well as Property Management Services
  3. The Sonhaus Homes Policies: Outlines the Owners use of Sonhaus Homes

Each Sonhaus Owner is responsible for their pro-rata share of the annual costs of ownership. This includes on-going maintenance and management of the property, insurance, financing where applicable and contingencies. These also include any taxes, legal or other ownership-related costs. All costs are presented to each Sonhaus Owner on a monthly or quarterly basis, itemised and totally transparent. Detailed forecasting ensures that these costs are also highly predictable – as a Sonhaus Owner you will always know what you are paying for, how much and why.

The Sonhaus Service provides access to an experienced Sonhaus representative from the point of initial contact through the purchase of your Sonhaus Home, and onwards.

FINANCING

By qualifying as a Sonhaus customer, you are automatically eligible for financing. Through our banking partners, Sonhaus offers prospective buyers a one-stop shop to home ownership with market-leading, competitive rates. As part of Sonhaus home ownership, Sonhaus handles all aspects of the financing process ensuring a fast, smooth and efficient process.

By choosing to finance your purchase through Sonhaus, prospective owners are offered up to 50% financing as well as a corporate guarantee provided by Sonhaus.
